Do you use Technology to monitor and report care?
Yes. We use digital care management system to log and track your care plan. This is visible to chosen family members/representative and our office. Real time information is always available to act on if needed. We also use this to manage medication safety.
Do you provide care for people living with dementia?
Yes. We have specially trained care professionals to support you and your loved one in the best possible way

Become a Carer
Do I need experience to apply for the carer role?
No. Our most important criteria is not experience. We are more interested in people who have compassion, a natural flair to care and willingness to learn. We will provide you with the relevant training and extended period of shadowing to ensure you have the skills to provide quality care. We will work with your confidence and only connect you with a client when you have gained the appropriate training and are ready for lone work.
Do I need training and qualifications for a carer role?
Yes. We will provide you with the appropriate training and qualifications needed. Only upon completion of and passing these can we offer you a job.
Do I need experience to apply for the senior carer role?
Yes. To be considered for senior carer role, you must have at least 6 months experience of working as a professional carer.
What if I am already trained as a carer?
First start by applying with us. We will then contact you to have an initial telephone interview. We will talk you through every step of the application process and guide you through the process
Do I need to drive to become a carer?
Yes. You will need to have access to a vehicle.
Do I need DBS/ Security checks?
Yes. You will have to be DBS cleared (within UK) or provide us with the security/police clearance relevant to your country of origin (outside UK)
How much will I earn as a carer?
Salary varies according to skills and experience. You will however be paid the relevant national minimum wage, at the very least.
