Do I need experience to apply for the carer role?

No. Our most important criteria is not experience. We are more interested in people who have compassion, a natural flair to care and willingness to learn. We will provide you with the relevant training and extended period of shadowing to ensure you have the skills to provide quality care. We will work with your confidence and only connect you with a client when you have gained the appropriate training and are ready for lone work.

Yes. We will provide you with the appropriate training and qualifications needed. Only upon completion of and passing these can we offer you a job.

Yes. To be considered for senior carer role, you must have at least 6 months experience of working as a professional carer.

First start by applying with us. We will then contact you to have an initial telephone interview. We will talk you through every step of the application process and guide you through the process

Yes. You will need to have access to a vehicle.

Yes. You will have to be DBS cleared (within UK) or provide us with the security/police clearance relevant to your country of origin (outside UK)

Salary varies according to skills and experience. You will however be paid the relevant national minimum wage, at the very least.
