At Purple Rose Care, we have a pool of Talent and qualified Nurses, Healthcare Assistances (HCA) and Carers to cover various needs, be it short notice to cover sickness, extra workload, or to fill in while you recruit permanently.

We are simply outsourcing some of our best talents to you, to provide your clients with the exceptional care our client already receive.

Our staffing agreement is on a Pay As You Go basis. The staff we provide are Purple Rose Care employees, so there is no ‘finding fees’ charged to you, like recruitment agents will.
